Detect outages and response-time problems. Website checks run every 2 minutes.
Know well before certificates or domains expire — without treating a renewal reminder as an outage.
See availability trends and previous downtime, including 30-day uptime on the dashboard.
See what happened, when it happened, and which alerts were sent — Email, WhatsApp, then a voice call.
Also live: DNS change detection, cron heartbeats, API checks, and TCP ports.
Email → WhatsApp → Voice Call
NiceGuard escalates based on severity. Early warnings start with email, important issues reach WhatsApp, and critical problems can trigger a voice call.
Voice calls stay inside 09:00–21:00 in your time zone, except when the site is down or the certificate or domain is already broken.
No hardware. No agent to install. Add a website and we start checking.
Verify email and WhatsApp once. Later logins are password only.
We read SSL days left, domain expiry, and whether the page answers.
Email, WhatsApp, and the number NiceGuard should call.
Checks run through the day. History and incidents stay on the dashboard.
Uptime, SSL, and domain are the core product. DNS, cron, APIs, and ports are already live. Servers are next.
No credit card required. Paid plans are for more sites, team access, and voice calls.

NiceGuard is a product of NiceDial Consultancy Services. Voice uses our outbound calling. WhatsApp uses WChat’s Business API.
Accounts store the websites you add and the alert log so you can see what we sent. Forms follow the NiceDial Tech privacy policy.
No. NiceGuard monitors and alerts. Your team (or your host) still installs and renews the certificate. We tell you early enough to do that work.
We mark it down, keep the incident on the dashboard, and escalate Email → WhatsApp → Voice Call. When it recovers, you get email and WhatsApp — not another call.
Website uptime is checked every 2 minutes. SSL certificates are checked every 6 hours. Domain expiry is checked every 12 hours, because those dates change much less often. You can also run an immediate check from your dashboard.
DNS is checked every 6 hours. API and port checks follow the same 2-minute cadence as uptime. Cron heartbeats use the schedule you set.
Routine expiry calls stay inside 09:00–21:00 in your time zone. If the site is already down or the certificate is already broken, we can call immediately.
No. You receive alerts on your WhatsApp number. NiceDial sends them through WChat.

Yes. The person who registers is the workspace admin and can add users from Team on paid plans.
Yes. We look up the registrable domain (so www.example.com watches example.com). Domain alerts start earlier than SSL: email at 90 and 60 days, WhatsApp from 30 days, and a voice call from 7 days. A domain renewal reminder stays a notice — it does not mark the site unhealthy. Some country TLDs do not publish expiry over RDAP — those show as Unknown until the registry supports it.
